We are a registered company authorized to carry out all activities related to Human Resource Management in the Kingdom of Nepal on behalf of foreign employers, under the rules and regulations of His Majesty’s Government of Nepal’s Department of Labor. On receipt of any authenticated vacancy demand from an overseas employer, we apply to the Department of Labor for recruitment permission with the following documents:
a. Demand Letter: A copy of the demand letter from the overseas employer containing all the details of the vacancy demand, duly authenticated.
b. Power of Attorney: A copy of the Power of Attorney duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Labor Department/Chamber of Commerce from the country of employment, authorizing us to act on their behalf.
c. Contract Paper: A specimen copy of the employment contract or service agreement mentioning wages offered and the schedule of benefits like accommodation, food, medical facilities, leave, etc.
d. Consular Letter: A copy of the visa advice/consular letter/entry permit/NOC, etc., duly authenticated.
Note: All the above documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Labor in the country of employment.
